About the role
Working with the Trauma Medical Director, you will lead the trauma program across the continuum of care: clinical protocols, performance improvement, audits and case reviews, and all documentation for trauma center designation and verification.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Florida or compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS; TNCC or ATCN within 6 months
- 3+ years in critical care, ED or trauma nursing
- Recent Trauma Program Director experience at a 400+ bed facility
- CEN or CCRN preferred
