INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Build your clinical practice with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Beyond Expectation Psychological Services is hiring independently licensed mental health therapists to serve children, adolescents, adults and families according to each clinician's training and competence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active independent Nevada license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist. This opening is not for interns or associate-level clinicians requiring supervision for independent practice.

• Strong therapeutic engagement, ethical judgment, timely clinical documentation and reliable follow-through.

• Ability to provide evidence-informed treatment and maintain continuity of care.

VALUED SPECIALTIES—NOT REQUIRED

EMDR training and active EMDR practice are especially welcome. PCIT training and experience are also highly valued. Neither specialty is required to apply. Spanish-English bilingual ability is welcome, but is not required for this general therapist position.

YOUR ROLE

Provide clinically appropriate therapy; develop individualized treatment plans; monitor progress; document services promptly; collaborate with the clinical and administrative team; and support appropriate follow-up, rescheduling and continuity of care.

• Contractor engagement preferred; hourly employment also available, subject to the written offer.

COMPENSATION

$40–$55 based on experience, credentials, caseload and the agreed compensation arrangement. Specific payment basis and employment or contractor terms will be confirmed in the written offer.
