Beyond Expectation Psychological Services is hiring independently licensed mental health therapists to serve children, adolescents, adults and families according to each clinician's training and competence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English sufficient to conduct therapy, informed-consent discussions and clinical communication in both languages.

• Active independent Nevada license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist. This opening is not for interns or associate-level clinicians requiring supervision for independent practice.

• Strong therapeutic engagement, ethical judgment, timely clinical documentation and reliable follow-through.

• Ability to provide evidence-informed treatment and maintain continuity of care.

VALUED SPECIALTIES—NOT REQUIRED

EMDR training and active EMDR practice are especially welcome. PCIT training and experience are also highly valued. Neither specialty is required to apply. Spanish-English clinical fluency is required for this bilingual opening. Non-bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply to our separate general therapist opening.

YOUR ROLE

Provide clinically appropriate therapy; develop individualized treatment plans; monitor progress; document services promptly; collaborate with the clinical and administrative team; and support appropriate follow-up, rescheduling and continuity of care.

COMPENSATION

$40–$55 based on experience, credentials, caseload and the agreed compensation arrangement. Specific payment basis and employment or contractor terms will be confirmed in the written offer.

$1,500 BILINGUAL CLINICIAN FAST-START BONUS

Eligible hourly employees and independent contractors may qualify. $500 after the first completed billable client service within 14 calendar days after BE written clinical clearance, provided an appropriate assignment is available. Applying or accepting an offer does not start the clock. Return requested hiring, onboarding and credentialing documents within five business days.

The remaining $1,000 is payable after 60 consecutive days of active service in good standing. Commit to at least two recurring clinical days weekly and average at least 15 completed billable sessions per week during the final four full weeks, after BE provides sufficient appropriate assignments. Satisfactory patient continuity is required, without a significant documented pattern of patients declining follow-up, discontinuing care or requesting transfer due to therapeutic fit, engagement, reliability or care-quality concerns. Clinician cancellations, missed sessions and inadequate follow-up may affect eligibility. Successful discharge, insurance loss, relocation, hospitalization, BE-directed transfers and circumstances unrelated to clinician performance are excluded from continuity failures. BE, credentialing, payer or scheduling delays will not unfairly disqualify otherwise eligible clinicians.

One-day clinicians are welcome to apply but do not qualify for this bonus. Complete eligibility and payment terms will be included in the written offer or bonus agreement.
