About this role

Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.

Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.

We’re now looking for a proactive, commercially driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle with prospective customers — identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and driving deals from first contact to first order.

Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify prospective customers within the assigned territory and customer segment
- Own assigned commercial opportunities from qualification to first order
- Research prospective customers, their UAV platforms, programmes, products, organisational structure and commercial potential
- Identify the relevant technical, procurement, business development and executive stakeholders
- Conduct customer discovery and understand both technical requirements and commercial drivers
- Work with Sales Engineers to organise technical discussions, product selection, samples, demonstrations, testing and integration
- Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations and other sales documentation
- Lead or support commercial negotiations within the agreed authority level
- Identify opportunities for additional Sine products, new UAV platforms and product upgrades within existing customers
- Maintain complete and accurate information in CRM, including account information, contacts, opportunities, activities, next steps, expected volumes and forecasts
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and ensure opportunities continue progressing through the sales process
- Prepare account and opportunity plans for priority customers
- Coordinate internally with Sales Engineering, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Legal
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and international business travel

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or another relevant commercial role
- Ability to manage a structured B2B sales process from qualification to commercial close
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technically complex products and customer applications
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good commercial judgement and basic negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer opportunities
- Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining high-quality CRM data
- Willingness to travel internationally
- English at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

- Experience in UAVs, defence technology, aerospace, electronics, telecommunications, robotics or another technical industry
- Experience selling hardware or other products requiring customer testing and engineering integration
- Experience working with international customers
- Understanding of UAV architecture, radio communications or electronic systems
- Additional foreign languages relevant to target markets

What we offer

- Flexible working hours, 24 days of paid annual leave, and unlimited sick leave.
- Health insurance (broad coverage), sports activities.
- Learning support: external/internal training, English courses, and covered AI tools & software licenses.
- Military service deferral (reservation) for eligible employees, plus support for veterans and their families.
- A comfortable, safe workplace — ergonomic setups, on-site bomb shelter, modern equipment, and daily snacks.
- A human-centric culture built on trust and ownership, where people care about each other and getting things done matters most.

If you’re excited about building the commercial relationships that bring next-generation drone autonomy to the operators who need it most, we’d love to hear from you.
