PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to all HSE and Quality requirements.
Complete all relevant company web-based training.
5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.
Manage, prioritize and delegate work activities for service technicians in the facility.
Provide advice, training and guidance to technicians on servicing tools.
Drive safety, service quality, 5S, housekeeping and customer service throughout the facility.
Participate in other product specific training to gain knowledge for additional future technical skills assessment.
Coach and mentor service technicians to improve their knowledge and skills.
Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment.
Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by manager.
Attend formal training, per product line, for pertinent tool training courses at a NOV training facility.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.
