Responsible for all planning activities related to Tier 1 shipments, customer contact, and EDI transactions.
• There 30-day probationary period for this role.
Responsibilities
· Pull daily/weekly inventory numbers
· Work closely with manufacturing plants
· Work closely with Customer representatives regarding mix changes and order changes
· Work closely with engineering team regarding new car lines and part numbers
· Works closely with Quality department regarding Quality issues
· Works closely with Dock coordinator regarding inbound shipments
· Works closely with inventory analyst and Logistics team
Trouble
Essential Skills
· College degree preferred.
· Two years related experience or equivalent education preferred.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Must be proficient in MS Office.
Preferred Skills
· Advanced Excel knowledge is helpful with maintaining/updating Customer Order files.
· Automotive experience in customer service or its equivalent within a distribution environment.
