About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and
experienced Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will
bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in Reconciliation, finance or
accounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment, with a
strong understanding of retail transaction workflows. This role plays a key
part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audit processes, and driving
continuous improvement across transaction operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation
• Complete and organize daily paperwork related to store operations.
• Reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile sales and verify store-provided data
Expenses Management
• Review and verify daily expenses.
• Check and validate store paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Review store shortage and overage figures and investigate variances.
• Identify and process corrections to expense entries as required.
• Add and maintain expense categories to ensure proper classification.
• Prepare and distribute daily expense reports.
Stores Gas Management
• Monitor and review
daily fuel shortage and overage figures across store locations.
• Track and update
fuel delivery records and associated payment details.
• Review daily gas
sales data and maintain backup records.
• Verify fuel-related
payments in coordination with the Finance team.
Shift Time:
- 07:00 PM to 04:00

Requirements
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or
accounting roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
Preferred
Skills:
• Strong understanding of retail transaction
workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial
reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross-border
collaboration.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory
reconciliation.
• Knowledge of sales tax and fuel tax reporting.
