PRN LPN Needed 4 Shifts a Month Minimum

We are seeking a motivated PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, working a minimum of four shifts per month. This role offers the flexibility to provide quality nursing care while supporting the health and well-being of patients in Henrico County, VA.

Responsibilities

- Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans.

- Perform thorough patient assessments and document clinical information accurately.

- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote optimal health outcomes.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

- Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.

Requirements

- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia.

- Previous home health nursing experience preferred but not required.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently during shifts.

- MUST BE 21 or Older!!!
