Link’s 10-week paid summer internship program helps students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of   logistics   real estate. We offer internships in   a variety of   departments including Capital Markets, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments ,   Asset Management and more.

Link is looking for   actively enrolled juniors, who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy, broker   segmentation   and go-to-market planning. The Marketing Summer Intern will support execution of Link's indirect broker marketing strategy — helping map and segment the regional and local broker market, develop broker personas, and build the messaging ,   program elements   and channel strategy   that engage brokers beyond our national partners.

What You Will Do:

- Support Link's indirect broker strategy by helping map regional and local brokers against our portfolio marketing product segmentation and customer data.

- Help research and develop personas for regional and local broker segments,   identifying   what they value and how they differ from national firms.

- Support the build-out of a structured, tiered broker   marketing   program, including tracking   engagement,   performance   and incentive elements across segments.

- Partner with Digital Marketing, Portfolio Marketing , Creative & Production and   Corporate Communications team members to help   tune   messaging , channel strategy   and assets for different broker segments,   audiences   and industries.

- Help organize,   review   and refine marketing presentations, campaign   materials   and creative assets for internal and external audiences.

- Research the regional and local broker landscape, including firms,   specialties   and market nuances, to help   identify   opportunities for stronger engagement.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, ideally pursuing a   bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Advertising, Communications,   Business   or a related field.

- Strong written,   verbal   and presentation communication skills.

- Foundational understanding of marketing channels, marketing   principles   and audience segmentation.

- Interest   in marketing strategy, market   research   and audience segmentation, with an appreciation for creative execution and storytelling.

- Conscientious self-starter with strong organizational skills, project management   skills   and attention to detail.

- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility,   adaptability   and willingness to learn.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word,   Excel   and PowerPoint.

- Previous   internship,   coursework   or project experience related to marketing, digital media, social   media   or creative content is preferred.

$30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
