Job Summary
Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues.
- Perform basic measurements as required.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily quality and production expectations.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No previous manufacturing experience required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
