Accounts Payable Analyst
We are looking for a short-term Accounts Payable Analyst to help maintain processing continuity and work through the increased volume. These roles would be temporary and focused strictly on AP processing activities.
Location: Richardson, TX
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Compensation: $26-$27/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable Execution: Efficiently execute and review high-volume corporate AP transactions with accuracy and ownership. Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and partner with leadership to implement AP process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Reconciliation & Close: Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and provide timely support for month-end close activities. Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams using a professional, problem-solving approach. Project Leadership: Manage workflow and priorities to meet critical deadlines. Take initiative on special projects focused on automation, tool enhancements, and operational excellence. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal and external partners, delivering high-level customer service.
### QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years in Accounts Payable or Corporate Accounting High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and alphanumeric data entry Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI
