Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid - Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to CHRO

Your mission

- 360 degree leadership support for a client group, helping leaders make better decisions faster.
- Building high performance and engagement into how those teams work.
- Improving organizational design and structure in a fast-scaling operation.
- Day to day support for employees and managers, keeping people moving.
- Workforce planning and talent decisions that give your client group the capability it needs.

What You Bring

- Senior HR business partnering experience, working with executives and function heads as a peer.
- B2C operations experience in a fast-paced digital business, iGaming preferred, though e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces or similar consumer-facing scale are just as welcome.
- A track record of designing and landing people frameworks, not just running inherited ones.
- Real change management experience. You have taken teams through something difficult and made it stick.
- Sound knowledge of EU employment law.
- An interest in optimization through automation and AI, and ideally some experience of it.
