Job Summary

We are hiring for a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
- Bilingual is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a one-hour break
- Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
