We are a growing apparel design and distribution company based in Bay Shore, NY. Specializing in garments and apparel.

Position Summary

We are seeking a precise, detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming wholesale and retail customer orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining data integrity across our inventory and order management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: High-volume, precise data entry of incoming customer purchase orders via email, electronic systems, and phone.

Order Tracking & Updates: Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Customer & Account Support: Communicate with clients regarding order status, stock availability, backorders, item numbers, and pricing adjustments.

Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer profiles, product catalogs, shipping addresses, and sales records in the company database.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in order details, pricing, shipping methods, or billing prior to order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–2+ years of dedicated order entry experience (experience in apparel, wholesale distribution, or retail fulfillment is a strong plus).

Technical Skills: Fast and accurate alphanumeric typing/data entry skills; proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy with numbers, style/SKU codes, and account details.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interactions.

Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic in a daily office setting.

Schedule & Environment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Work Location: On-site in Bay Shore, NY.
