About this role

Salary: Php 80,0000

Project Based: 6-12 months (depending on the project)

Monday to Saturday work schedule

Key Responsibilities:

- Create or modify technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD).

- Translate electrical technical documents and sketches into detailed drawings for construction or shop drawings.

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet regulatory requirements.

- Perform dimensional and calculation checks to verify design accuracy and compliance with building codes or engineering standards.

- Maintain and update CAD files and documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for project teams.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D/3D or similar) and familiarity with drafting standards. BIM proficiency is a plus.

- Strong understanding of design principles and spatial relationships, including geometric tolerances and perspective.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize solutions.

- Attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings.

- Communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Able to work with local and multinational colleagues.

- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced site work environment.

Qualifications:

- Education: Associate or bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Work Experience: 10 years or more of prior CAD drafting or design experience in construction involving electrical works in power generation projects or industrial plants. Experience in rail or heavy infrastructure projects is a plus.

- Typically office-based with occasional site visits for accuracy and field measurements when required.

- May involve hybrid work setup depending on project requirements.

- High collaboration with project teams, designers, and key stakeholders.
