Bilingual Home Care Scheduler – Full Time (In Person)

Stoneham, MA | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year

Abernathy Home Care is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Bilingual Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team in Stoneham, MA.

This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and helping ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing changing schedules and priorities throughout the day.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability

- Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and scheduling changes

- Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers

- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and client needs

- Assist with new client scheduling and service coordination

- Work closely with our clinical, recruiting, and operations teams

- Maintain accurate scheduling and client information in our systems

- Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally

- Participate in the agency's on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish required

- Home care, healthcare scheduling, or care coordination experience strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working with scheduling software and other technology

- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

- $55,000–$65,000/year , based on experience

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
