- Pay: $19–$21 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Home Health Aide, you will:

- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Assist with mobility and daily living activities

- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and household tasks

- Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team in Spanish and English

- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or qualifications meeting applicable agency requirements

- Ability to speak and understand both Spanish and English

- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and follow care plans

- Reliable transportation to client homes

- Previous home care experience preferred
