Responsibilities and Duties :
· The Project
Coordinator needs to enable operations team to execute client requirements
· Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the project and train the project team on the SOPs for
implementation.
· The Project
Coordinator must follow the process with extreme attention to detail.
· Monitor standard operations and resolve any deviations.
· The Project Coordinator must know how to work all of the equipment for waste processing.
· The Project Coordinator must coordinate and regularly communicate with their team through messages, calls, and
meetings.
· The Project
Coordinator should focus on developing the ecosystem
· The Project Coordinator should look into deep client engagement on a monthly
basis through training, awareness sessions, collection drive etc
a) Client Experience:
· The Project Coordinator should ensure that the clients interacting
with them on the ground are satisfied with Company services.
· The Project Coordinator will understand the contract requirements
and be responsible for accepting and handling all issue related calls by
clients in coordination with client team
· Meet clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and adjust processes if required
· Ensure client side trainings are completed.
· As the face of the company to our
clients, you will deeply engage with client to address gaps and schedule
sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings for our clients on responsible
waste management.
· The Project Coordinator will update
clients on their waste managed by sending monthly qualitative and quantitative
reports monthly reports to them
b) Targets and
Deliverables:
· Regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings through a fixed calendar with Client Team
· Raising Invoices for services offered by 10 th of every month
· MoU/Agreement to be monitored and renewed upon expiry
· Meeting clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction
· Optimize operational requirements to maintain service delivery while reducing costs
· Capture fleet details and expenses on monthly basis
· Invoices to be uploaded in VMS on timely basis
· Understand and adhere to contract requirements, handling all client issue-related calls.
· Develop project-specific Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train the project team on their implementation.
· Serve as the primary point of
contact for clients, engaging with them to address any gaps and organize sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings on responsible waste management.
· Provide clients with regular updates
on their waste management through monthly qualitative and quantitative reports.
· Identify potential business expansion opportunities
and manage contract statuses by monitoring expirations, negotiating renewals,
and analyzing current Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, scrap revenue,
infrastructure, and scope of work.
· Collaborate closely with Operations, Business
Development, and Accounts departments to ensure customer satisfaction, managing
client-related activity data through our Management Information System (MIS)
platform.
· Participate in environmental club
activities initiated by clients as part of client engagement efforts.
· Gather monthly feedback from clients and share
status reports with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
· Develop customized proposals tailored to client
requirements and collaborate with the team to create proposals aligned with
market needs.
· Evaluate various waste management technologies to provide suitable solutions to clients.
· Utilize market knowledge and
competitor analysis to identify and develop the company's unique selling
propositions and differentiators.
· Work with the leadership team to enhance the company's communications strategy.
· Conduct market research, including
competitor analysis, and maintain a marketing strategy while collecting and
assessing customer feedback.
Requirements
- bachelors/masters in waste management or sustainability
- work experience in solid waste management preferred
- relocate to patiala, punjab as it is an onsite work
