PM - Patiala - Waste Management

Job Purpose

The job
responsibility is for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to
promote Zero Waste Operations awareness and ZWP championing. This role involves
working closely with diverse stakeholders, including clients and other
Corporate companies.

Job Responsibilities

Resource management

R1. Monitor the performance of team

R2. Build capacity of team

Process improvement

P1 Documentation of SOPs for operations

P2 Ensure compliance to processes

P3 Fulfil requirements of Integrated Management System
for the department

Audits

A1. Audit H&S and ensure compliance at all vendor and
recycler locations

A2. Quality check of vendor and recycler documents

Sourcing

S1. Build partnerships to improve grassroots level
collection systems and establish vendor network

S2. Trade credits to fulfill operational orders

Logistics

L1. Plan and maintain weekly/monthly dispatch planner

L2. Identify and enroll new logistics partners

L3. Set monthly budgets as per the AOP

L4. Monitor data accuracy in the internal app database and
the block chain based traceability platform - TRACER

Material end destination

M1. Coordinate with existing End Destination for optimal
rates and quantity

M2. Oversee outflow of plastic waste to appropriate end
destination and ensure proper documentation

Budgeting and Billing

B1. Maintain P&L related to sourcing of waste and
allocation of quantity as per the operational plan

B2. Reconcile dispatch data and approve client/end
destination invoices

B3. Maintain data accuracy on ZOHO Books

B4. Set payment terms with vendors and ensure collections
from end destinations

### Requirements
Work experience in solid waste management preferred.
