The Product Line Program Manager is a more senior program leadership role responsible for leading complex, cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercial release and deployment. This position drives execution across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and stage-gate milestones and helps ensure products are delivered in accordance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, manufacturing readiness, and business objectives. This role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Sourcing, Regulatory, Service, Product Management, Finance, and product line leadership. The Product Line Program Manager is expected to influence without direct authority, facilitate executive decisions and gate approvals, remove execution roadblocks, and continuously improve PLM governance and time-to-market. Experience with artificial lift products, ideally ESP systems or other highly engineered rotating equipment, is preferred.
