Job Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management of the SK-II NOW Membership Platform , supporting the implementation of membership initiatives, driving user experience enhancements, and collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure efficient business execution. Key responsibilities include membership operations, system project coordination, budget management, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily operations of the NOW membership program and execute membership campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze membership performance data, monitoring key business metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in driving membership program enhancements and user experience optimization projects.
- Partner with the IT team to support membership platform development, testing, and issue resolution.
- Manage project budget tracking and day-to-day data administration.
- Manage external vendors and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery and execution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Good project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong learning agility and execution capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in CRM, membership operations, e-commerce operations, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG, retail, or beauty industry is preferred.
