Job Requirements

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Transformation professional to drive process transformation and technology initiatives across Finance, Accounts, Tax, Company Secretary and related business functions .

The role will act as a bridge between Business, Finance, IT, SAP and implementation partners , driving transformation through SAP S/4HANA, non-SAP applications, automation, analytics and AI/GenAI .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead As-Is / To-Be assessment, process re-engineering, standardization and automation across Finance.
- Drive SAP FICO / S4HANA Finance transformation covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing and CO-PA.
- Lead Treasury & Banking integrations , including payments, bank reconciliation and EBS.
- Manage requirements for SAP RE-FX, Fund Management and Group Reporting .
- Drive GST/Tax, HRMS, Banking and other non-SAP integrations with SAP.
- Evaluate and transform non-SAP Finance applications across Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Budgeting, Reporting and related areas.
- Identify and implement AI/GenAI, RPA, IDP, workflow and analytics use cases in Finance, including reconciliation, forecasting, anomaly detection and reporting.
- Partner with Customer Service teams on customer lifecycle, billing, collections and receivables transformation.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, business requirements and solution designs .
- Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live and post-go-live stabilization .
- Work with SAP Security teams on GRC, roles, authorizations and access governance .
- Manage implementation/support partners and ensure delivery against scope, timelines and quality.

Ensure solutions comply with financial controls, audit, tax, statutory and governance requirements .
