We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Accounts & Finance Team to handle unsecured borrowings, specifically in the Private Party Loan sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of successfully managing unsecured borrowings.
Work Experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the unsecured borrowings portfolio, specifically focusing on Private Party Loans
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize borrowing processes and minimize risk
- Monitor and analyze borrowing trends and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting & MBA
- Proven experience in managing unsecured borrowings, particularly in the Private Party Loan sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of Excel and experience in handling financial data.
- Knowledge of Basic finance functions and banking operations.
- Should be able to handle / face outside stakeholders or parties, understand their queries and respond accordingly.
