Roles and Responsibilities

You

- A proven track record of 1-2
years in a similar role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous
with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
- Extraordinary Creativity and
Deep-Seated Passion for Food and Beverage, brought to life through Top-Notch
Presentation.
- A Welcoming and Enthusiastic
Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
- Impeccable communication
skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages
are a plus).
- A professional, Insta-Worthy
Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a
polished demeanour.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled
with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is
perfectly curated.
- Sensational Teamwork and
Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments
with Fellow ‘FIVERs’.
- Remarkable Time Management
and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests,
even under pressure.

Restaurant Operations.

of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the
Hotel.
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled

- Welcomes all Guests with a
warm Greeting, ensuring that they have an Insta-Worthy Experience.
- Creates Hand-crafted,
Out-Of-The-Box beverages (coffees, milkshakes, smoothies, cold press juices,
etc.), Setting the Gold Standard for Bespoke Beverages.
- Prepares and serves Hot and
Cold Beverages with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Touch.
- Showcases an Artisan Approach
to Crafting Premium beverages that are curated for the discerning tastes of our
Guests.
- Crafts each order with
Exquisite Attention to Detail, adhering to FIVE's First-in-Class standards.
- Accurately inputs orders into
FIVE’s MICROS System, ensuring every Guest Experiences a smooth transaction.
- Recalls a variety of Beverage
Recipes that are constantly evolving to suit varying Guest palettes and create
new Trends.
- Confidently Recommends the
perfect Beverage to Guests, Upselling with a Commitment to complete buyer
satisfaction in line with FIVE’s Next-Level Standards.
- Upholds FIVE’s Luxurious
Standards, complying with exquisite Quality Assurance expectations.
- Undertakes Opening and
Closing Duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools and cleaning
equipment.
- Meticulously inspects Tools,
Equipment, and Machines, ensuring that FIVE’s Premium appliances are always in
Top-Notch Condition.
- Handles financial
transactions with the utmost Professionalism, including Completing designated
Cashier Reports, Resolving discrepancies, Dropping Off receipts, and Securing
bank.
- Follows FIVE’s
Industry-Leading Company Policies, ensuring Safety and Security procedures are
met, and issues are reported promptly.
- Grasps, Turns, and
Manipulates objects of varying size and weight, demonstrating Sensational Fine
Motor Skills and Hand-Eye Coordination.
- Fulfils any other reasonable
job duties requested by Supervisors, contributing to FIVE’s Next-Level vision.
