Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various recruitment channels
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records
Prepare candidate endorsements and recruitment updates
Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
