Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Job Posting: IN-HOME CAREGIVER – Arlington, WI
We are seeking a dependable caregiver to provide hands-on support for a wonderful woman in her home. This role includes assistance with daily routines, personal cares, mobility, and hygiene. She has a warm and playful personality, enjoying activities like listening to music, audiobooks, and socializing. This position is ideal for someone patient, reliable, and physically capable, with caregiving experience.
WAGE:
- $16.32 per hour
SHIFTS:
- 30 hours per week. No Sundays.
- Monday – Saturday: 7am-12pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with personal cares: bathing, dressing, toileting, hair styling, and teeth brushing.
- Ability to assist with transfers. Repositioning when needed.
- Prepare and serve meals that align with member's diabetic dietary needs.
- Administering medications when needed
- Assist with errands to include transportation to doctor's appointments.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must pass a background check
