About this role
The HR Central Supervisor is responsible for leading the delivery of quality and time-critical HR administrative services to the business as part of the HR Shared Services function.
The scope of the role will include supervising a team of HR Central Representatives in the delivery of HR administrative processes across the employee life cycle, providing day-to-day guidance and support to the regional HR Central Team based in Kochi, India to ensure business and customer requirements are consistently met.
