DNV offers classification services that are central to maritime safety and operational integrity and supports the industry through a wide range of advisory, technical, and digital services. We are now enhancing our competence and strengthening the knowledge base needed to enable long-term expansion of DNV’s services in classification and assurance for nuclear powered commercial shipping and floating power plants by expanding our nuclear propulsion team, within the Group Research & Development (GRD) and the Maritime program. We are now seeking a Research Scientist with strong expertise in thermal-hydraulics and nuclear safety to support safety assessment, transient analysis, and design approval perspectives for maritime nuclear propulsion and floating power plant concepts.
