Your Day-to-Day
- Source KOLs, real users, and probandus based on content and campaign needs.
- Conduct talent outreach and manage initial communication and coordination.
- Screen and shortlist potential talents based on campaign requirements.
- Coordinate talent schedules and support content production logistics.
- Maintain an organized talent database and update sourcing records.
- Monitor social media and beauty trends to identify relevant talent and content opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.
- Interest in the beauty industry and familiarity with beauty-related content is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for talent outreach.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented in managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
