Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to generate accurate demand forecasts for Sozo Skin products.
- Develop and implement robust supply plans, considering lead times, production capacities, and inventory targets.
- Monitor inventory levels across various channels, identifying potential stock-outs or overstock situations and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Production) and external suppliers to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand and supply planning to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- +3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling
- experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
