Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendants to join our team in Howell, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, assisting with daily living activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Help with mobility support including transferring and ambulation.

- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

- Monitor and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition to supervisory staff.

- Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in personal care or care-giving is an asset but not required.

- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
