Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.

- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assist clients with physical tasks and mobility.

- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic.

- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation.

- Ability to pass background checks.
