About this role

Primarily responsible for ensuring that customer and contractor vehicle service and repair needs are met.

JOB DUTIES

- Take care of customers, whether they're contract or sale

- Repair vehicle properly and with safe techniques

- Vehicle inspection against industry accepted standards

- Minor shop duties (clean up, trash)

- Maintain a tidy work area

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- High school Diploma/GED

- Vocational/Technical/Business School

- Diagnostic Training

- Knowledge of product

- Repair skills

- Problem solving

- Basic computer skills

- No supervisory responsibility

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Work involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc.

- Position requires continuous moderate or occasional heavy physical activity which includes 15% walking, 50% standing, 10% lifting, 10% pulling, 10% pushing, and 5% sitting.
