Evening Store Supervisor at MACE Ashtown
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Store Supervisor - Full-Time to join our team at MACE Ashtown . The successful candidate will supervise evening store operations, lead the team, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the store during evening shifts
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability
- Support store operations across retail, checkout, fresh food, and deli areas as required
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Requirements
- Previous retail or supervisory experience is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills

- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP requirements is an advantage
