About this role
- Lead the production team and on camera talents in mounting and executing the show
- Overall in charge of the floor direction
- Lead the technical team to assure the show or shoot will be smooth in all production technical aspects in coordination with the technical supervisors and the whole team
- Coordinate with external or third party suppliers including but not limited to managers, celebrities, etc.
- Conduct briefings, rehearsals, and meetings
- Create and implement guides, training and practices for on camera talents and duty supervisors for on stage movement, projection and presence
- Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain smooth streaming
- Provide concepts to what content and games to produce
- Provide solutions to improve the quality of the shows and content
