About this role

Job Title:            Spray Foam Sales Coordinator and Spray Foam Installation (full-time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales teams’ colleagues to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.

- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including Request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

- Assist with maintenance of spray foam equipment and assist office administrator and colleagues with spray foam inquiries

- Meet own sales revenue goals

- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

- Input projects to the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project

- Ensure projects are loaded into project cost control centers for tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs

- Assist with procurement and management of project subcontractors and equipment vendors

- Ensure work on any jobsite follows contract, workmanship, and safety

- Cooperate with office administrator to accurately estimate plan/spec spray foam insulation services using computer estimating systems and other related software

- Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects

- Support establishment and maintenance of vendor relationships

- Attend site surveys and pre-bid walkthroughs

- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

- Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to ensure customer satisfaction

- Report to Manager ownership with any issues and feedback

- Support management with training and ongoing support for installation teams and support management of large jobs with minimal supervision

- Estimate changes in scope of work

Candidates must have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience relevant to the role. High school diploma or equivalent or Associate Degree. Previous experience and vocational training in insulation or related fields is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving records. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow safety guidelines. Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans, and insulation specifications. Strong knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and building codes related to insulation. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including tape measures, cutting tools, staple guns, and blowers.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in varying weather conditions and willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as required.

The salary range is CI$6,000 to CI$7,600 per month plus 2% commissions per project working 45 hours per week. Benefits as deemed by law.
