About this role
Position: CTC Rolling Mill Operator Department: CTC / Production Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the CTC Rolling Mill as per SOP and production plan.
- Set machine parameters and maintain required strip dimensions and quality.
- Monitor rolling process, surface condition and identify defects.
- Maintain production records and product traceability.
- Perform routine machine checks and housekeeping.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S standards .
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Experience: 1–5 years in rolling mill, CTC, copper strip or similar manufacturing.
