### CTC Strip Enamelling Machine Operator
Position: CTC Strip Enamelling Machine Operator Department: CTC / Production Location: Anand, Gujarat Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the CTC Strip Enamelling Machine safely.
- Set machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Monitor enamel coating, temperature, speed, and strip quality.
- Check defects such as pinholes, uneven coating, scratches, and insulation damage.
- Maintain production records and ensure proper traceability.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and housekeeping (5S).
- Follow SOP, safety, quality, and production standards .
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th–12th pass with relevant experience. Experience: 1–5 years in enamelling, CTC, wire, strip, or similar manufacturing operations.
