Position: Production Manager – Components Department: Production Location: Anand, Gujarat
### Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities for Copper Components .
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality, quantity and delivery schedules .
- Manage manpower, machines, materials and production resources effectively.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, rejection, rework and scrap.
- Ensure process parameters are followed as per SOP, work instructions and customer specifications .
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores and Purchase for smooth production.
- Lead, train and develop production supervisors, operators and helpers.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for timely resolution.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly production reports and performance indicators.
- Drive 5S, safety, productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and quality management systems.
### Qualification
BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
### Experience
8–15 years of experience in Copper Components, Electrical Components, Metal Processing or similar manufacturing industries.
