About this role
Position: Fine Wire / HEM Enamel Operator Department: Enamel / Production Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor HEM Enamelling Machine as per SOP.
- Set machine parameters and maintain enamel quality.
- Check wire surface, coating, pinholes and other defects.
- Maintain production records and traceability.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S standards.
- Report machine and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: ITI / 10th / 12th Pass Experience: 1–5 years in fine wire, HEM enamelling or similar manufacturing.
