About this role
Position: Enamel Operator – ALU VEM Round Wire Department: Enamel / Production Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ALU VEM Enamelling Machine as per SOP.
- Set machine parameters and maintain required enamel quality.
- Check wire surface, coating, pinholes and other defects.
- Maintain production records and product traceability.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S standards.
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical Experience: 1–5 years in aluminium wire, VEM enamelling or similar manufacturing.
