AI Software Tester / AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Validate and test AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for AI and software applications.
- Verify the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI-generated responses and workflows.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Test integrations across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and related platforms.
- Validate data quality, data flows, and outputs used by AI applications and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and ensure solution quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks where applicable.
- Support AI solution releases by ensuring quality, compliance, usability, and performance standards are met.
- Provide feedback to improve AI models, prompts, workflows, and user experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI testing processes, quality metrics, and best practices.

Work Experience

Required Competencies & Skills

- Hands-on experience in workflow automation development.
- Experience in dashboard development or data analysis.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions and continuously improve processes.
- Proficiency in AI development, software design, and software system development.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

- Project experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio.
- Application development experience with Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, or AI Agents / Chatbots.
- Experience in SharePoint application development and Business Process Automation (BPA).
- Familiarity with engineering organization workflows, product development processes, or NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Experience in Hardware Development or Engineering Lifecycle Management.
