About this role
Your Contribution:
As a Maintenance Injection Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of injection systems, supporting maintenance activities, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Failure analysis and development of action plans.
- Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability).
- Spare parts management and support to warehouse operations.
- Supervision and leadership of technical personnel.
- Participation in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in injection molding environments.
Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel).
Experience operating and maintaining injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Master Molding certification or equivalent hands-on expertise in injection molding processes is preferred.
Knowledge of drives and servo drives is preferred.
