Join University Home Care Inc as a Registered Nurse in Saline, MI, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in their homes. This position offers a competitive pay of $40.00 per hour, with bi-weekly compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference within the community. This position is 16 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting in accordance with established care plans and protocols.
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment, and medications.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous home health or clinical nursing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation purposes.
- CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
