We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

- Handle customer interactions related to outstanding balances, direct debits, and account updates
- Support customers via calls and written communication, ensuring clear and professional service
- Assist with direct debit setup and modifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards in administrative tasks and data handling
- Deliver a positive customer experience while following internal processes and quality standards

Your Qualifications

- Fluent Dutch (C1) with good English skills (B1+)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools
- Analytical mindset with good organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Motivated to relocate and work in an international team
