DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Host live casino games for Portuguese speaking players in a professional and engaging manner
- Present games clearly while following company procedures and gaming standards
- Deliver an excellent player experience through confident communication and presentation skills
- Maintain game accuracy, integrity and compliance with operational guidelines
- Work closely with supervisors and studio teams to ensure smooth game operations
- Participate in paid training and continuously develop product knowledge and presentation skills
- Meet quality standards and KPI targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Confident, professional and customer-oriented presentation skills
- Willingness to relocate to Armenia
- Available to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (2 days on / 2 days off)
- Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible can-do attitude
