Room Attendant
4-Star Hotel | Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and hardworking Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team of a 4-star hotel in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms while ensuring that hotel housekeeping standards are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace bed linen and towels.
- Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain all areas of the guest room.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, or missing items.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
- Follow hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support the Housekeeping team when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel is preferred.
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
