We are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team of a 4-star hotel in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences, providing attentive service, and ensuring that all guests receive a high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to the hotel's service standards.
- Have a good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and available beverages.
- Provide recommendations and respond to guest requests professionally.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
- Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and hotel service standards.
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, well-groomed, and positive personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
