ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Acquire vehicle financing to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

- Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.

- Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the Vehicle Sales and Finance departments.

- Maintain a process with the Sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the Finance Department.

- Uses selling techniques to establish value in the products (Features, Advantages, Benefits)

- Train and provide the sales team with information regarding the benefits of the dealerships financing and extended service programs.

- Providing effective communication throughout the Finance & Sales department as well as inter-departmentally.

- Monitor funding list and maintaining status is always current.

- Process and organize all documents required for dealership compliance and funding as listed on the Business Office checklist.

- Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.

- Maintain a positive working relationship with all other managers, employees and departments

QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Minimum 5+ motorsports industry experience. Additionally, the ability to manage and motivate salespeople is necessary.

- Required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction.

- Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.

- Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

- Management personnel require strong, excellent verbal & communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendor.

- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.

- Expert software skills including MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in business, mathematics, & marketing.

- Ability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.
