Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health as directed.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Report any changes in client condition or needs to supervisory staff.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to visit client homes in Dearborn, MI.
- Background check screening may be required.
